By using Howl ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not Financial Advice

Howl is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. All analysis, verdicts, sentiment scores, bull/bear cases, and other content in the app are generated automatically and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice.

You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by Howl. Always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Past performance and analysis do not guarantee future results. Stock prices can go down as well as up. You may lose money.

Automated Analysis

Stock analysis, market summaries, and event classifications in Howl are generated automatically using machine learning models. This content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.

Data Sources

Market data, stock prices, and financial information are sourced from third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Real-time prices are available during US market hours only. Prices shown outside market hours may not reflect current market conditions.

SEC filing data from the Notable Traders feature is sourced from public EDGAR filings. 13F filings reflect holdings as of the quarter-end date, which may be up to 90 days before the filing date. Insider transactions (Form 4) must be filed within 2 business days of the transaction.

Subscriptions

Howl offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (Howl Pro). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. The trial begins on first app launch and does not require a payment method.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit app content
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howl and its developers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made using information provided by the app.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, your watchlist, device token, and any synced data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
